The Perinttra Technology Innovations pre-seed and seed incubation program is designed to support early-stage startups in developing their ideas, refining their business models.
The program will run for a duration of 3 months, providing participants with mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to accelerate their growth.
The first incubation program will be based in Ireland. Start-ups will be required to attend in person for many of the sessions, while they can continue to build their plans and their businesses remotely in parallel.
Selected startups will receive an initial small equity investment at the beginning of the incubator to assist with attending and full engagement in the program (for example: €20K for 1%-2% equity)
PTI plan to invest UP TO another €500K for equity (10%-20%) at the end of the incubation period/program, conditional on performance throughout the program.
PTI can also provide or secure further rounds of investment (Series A, B, C,) for companies showing successful growth and meeting or exceeding their milestones.
Mentorship, guidance and hands-on support and assistance through the incubation period, and beyond when further investment is secured from PTI.
